This insurance covers the most frequent cases of cancellation:

• Cancellation and modification:
  We undertake to reimburse the Insured of any cancellation fees imposed upon him/ her if departure is prevented by a justifiable external factor*
• Flight delay exceeding 7 hours:
  We compensate the Insured for the plane ticket amount if the Insured decides to cancel his stay following a flight delay exceeding 7 hours on the outbound flight, caused by: Bad weather ; Aircraft failure ; Any other problem related to the airport, for any reason, including but not limited to: strike, terrorist attack, various disasters

This insurance covers the most frequent cases you can encounter during your trip :

• Assistance Repatriation:
  REFUND OF MEDICAL COSTS**
  Repatriation of the insured if he/she is ill or suffers from serious physical injury**
  Early return if the Insured has to interrupt his/her travel due to serious reasons**
  Legal assistance and Advance for bail**
• Flight delay compensation:
  If the Insured's flight is delayed for more than four hours from the intended departure time, we will reimburse the Insured up to: €30 per person, and then a further €30 for every 2 hours of delay. In no instance will compensation exceed €150 per person**
• Luggage:
  We cover the Insured's baggage worldwide, outside of his/her usual or second home, against the following damages : theft, total or partial destruction, including that resulting from natural disasters, loss by a certified conveyor**
